Confidentiality & NDA Notice

Last updated: 9 July 2026

A significant part of the KnowledgeEX knowledge base is confidential and proprietary, contributed by INTENT and its partners under non-disclosure terms. This notice explains your obligations when accessing it.

1. Confidential material

Reports, datasets, tender templates, minutes, financing models, and other curated materials may be marked or otherwise designated as confidential. Treat all such material — and any AI-generated answer, summary, or artifact derived from it — as confidential information belonging to INTENT or its contributors.

2. Permitted use

You may use confidential material only for the authorised purpose for which access was granted — your own government, agency, or organisation’s learning and programme design. Access is scoped to your role; some documents are restricted and will not be shown, retrievable, or citable to accounts without the required clearance.

3. Restrictions

You must not disclose, publish, forward, or redistribute confidential material or its derivatives to any person outside your authorised use; reproduce it for unrelated projects; or use it to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any machine-learning system. Downloads remain subject to these restrictions.

4. Source traceability

Every AI answer links to its originating source document so that provenance is auditable. The presence of a citation does not waive confidentiality — the underlying source retains its designation, and your obligations extend to the answer that quotes it.

5. Breach and enforcement

Unauthorised disclosure may cause serious harm to INTENT and its contributors and may breach the agreement under which access was granted. Suspected misuse may result in suspension of access and the remedies available under the applicable non-disclosure agreement and law.

6. Questions

If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, or need to report a suspected disclosure, contact the platform administrator via the channel provided by INTENT before proceeding.
